Welcome to Pari Audio Visual. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, rental equipment, and digital resources. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, customers, event organizers, and third parties engaging with Pari Audio Visual across Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and the NCR region.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services

Pari Audio Visual offers professional Audio Visual (AV) equipment rental and event management services, including but not limited to:
Projectors, PA Systems, LED Walls, Plasma TVs, CCTV Cameras

Conference and Karaoke Systems

Laptops, Tablets, Printers, and IT Equipment

Event Production Services for Corporate Events, Cultural Events, Fashion Shows, Live Shows, Mall Activities, Exhibition & Stall Events, Award Nights, and Product Launches

These services are available throughout Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and NCR, and include delivery, installation, technical support, and dismantling as per the agreed terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Pari Audio Visual for services or equipment rental, you confirm:
You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
You agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable local laws and regulations
You acknowledge that any deviation from agreed procedures may require prior written consent

3. Service Agreement

A formal Service Agreement will be executed between Pari Audio Visual and the client, which will specify:

Scope of services and equipment
Event date(s) and location(s)
Rental duration and delivery timelines
Payment terms and charges
Technical support and responsibilities
The Service Agreement supersedes any prior discussions, oral or written, and constitutes the binding contract for service provision.

4. Equipment Rental Terms

4.1 Ownership

All AV equipment rented from Pari Audio Visual remains the sole property of the company. Clients have a temporary license to use the equipment strictly for the agreed purpose.

4.2 Usage

Clients agree to:
Use equipment only for its intended purpose
Handle equipment with care and follow operational guidelines
Avoid unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering

4.3 Delivery & Installation

Pari Audio Visual will deliver, install, and test all equipment at the agreed venue and time Clients are responsible for providing safe access, electricity, and suitable venue conditions

4.4 Dismantling & Return

Equipment will be dismantled and collected by our technical team unless otherwise agreed Clients are responsible for safeguarding equipment until collection

4.5 Damage or Loss

Any damage, theft, or loss of equipment during the rental period will be charged to the client Fees for damage will reflect repair costs or replacement at market value

5. Booking & Payment Terms

5.1 Booking

Bookings must be made in advance, especially for high-demand dates A signed Service Agreement is required to confirm the reservation

5.2 Payment

A minimum advance payment, as specified in the Service Agreement, is required Full payment may be required prior to event execution for certain equipment or services Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other mutually agreed methods

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing
Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period:
30+ days: Full refund of advance minus administrative fees
15-30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund.

6. Technical Support & Responsibilities

Pari Audio Visual provides trained technical staff for:
On-site installation, testing, and monitoring of AV equipment
Troubleshooting and operational assistance during the event
Safe dismantling and removal post-event
Clients agree to:
Follow instructions provided by technical staff
Ensure equipment is not misused or relocated without consent
Provide adequate environment (power, space, and safety) for proper functioning

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:
Provide accurate event details, timelines, and venue information
Ensure venue compliance with safety, electrical, and logistical requirements
Obtain necessary permissions for event execution
Provide security for equipment, especially in public spaces
Respect local laws and regulations related to noise, lighting, and public safety

8. Liability & Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Pari Audio Visual is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use or service execution
Liability for equipment failure or service interruption is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of equipment rental charges

8.2 Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pari Audio Visual, its employees, agents, and contractors against:

Claims arising from misuse of equipment
Damage, theft, or loss of equipment caused by the client
Legal claims arising from non-compliance with local laws or venue regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements provided by Pari Audio Visual remain the property of the company

Clients may use content only for the agreed event or purpose
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of proprietary materials is prohibited

10. Confidentiality

All client information, event details, and proprietary data shared with Pari Audio Visual are treated as confidential

Neither party shall disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law

11. Force Majeure

Pari Audio Visual is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes)
Government regulations or restrictions
Public health emergencies
Power outages or network failures
Acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or strikes
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

Pari Audio Visual reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients with an active Service Agreement. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement in accordance with the cancellation provisions

Pari Audio Visual may terminate services immediately if the client breaches Terms, misuses equipment, or engages in unlawful activity

15. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected for booking and service execution is used solely for service delivery

Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with client consent

16. Event-Specific Guidelines

For corporate events, exhibitions, live shows, award nights, fashion shows, cultural events, mall activities, and product launches:

Clients must ensure timely coordination with our technical team
Site inspections and pre-event walkthroughs are mandatory for large-scale setups
AV equipment installation must comply with venue safety and electrical regulations
Content for displays, LED walls, and projectors should be provided in advance

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services will first be resolved through mutual discussion
If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or litigation under Indian law

By engaging Pari Audio Visual, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These Terms form the complete agreement governing the provision of AV equipment rental and event services.
